Josh is coming off an impressive win against Jake Paul April 9th in Showdown Fights and will look to continue his winning streak as he will take on the undefeated Jordan Smith who posts an impressive 14-0 record. This will be the biggest fight of their careers as they look to give Utah an historic fight.

Jordan Smith says "This fight will give me the opportunity to prove to the Utah MMA fans that I am the best fighter in Utah" Josh Burkman said "we are on collision course to fight each other and everybody will know who the best fighter in Utah is"

Showdown fights "Respect" looks to put on its best fight card to date with the return of Tandi "Tandilion" Schaeffer in the co-main event as she continues to make waves in the sport of MMA. Tandi is a versatile striker and technical ground fighter and looks to keep her undefeated record in tack. Tandi says "I love fighting in Orem. This is my backyard, its right down the street from the gym I train and sweat at, I can't wait to get back into the cage September 24th.".

Also featured on the card will be former University Valley Utah Wrestlers Ramsey Nijem and Brock Jardine. As they look forward to going to back to the place that started their athletic careers in wrestling at UVU.
